Found time to try cleaning up ink drawings (for future coloring) while waiting for car service (they’re doing various “shouldn’t they have done that BEFORE they sold it?” things.) I think maybe just may be I now know the process I need to use to make these turn out the way I want them to. Ah well, maybe someday I’ll learn to draw digitally and bypass this whole thing.
I often wonder whether I’m doing the right things (work, chores, play, parenting, relaxing) and whether I’m doing them at the right time. So many things seem to need to get done, I think to myself, is this the right set of things to do at this time? I don’t have any answers though.
I try not to muse about so much that it gets in the way of actually getting anything done. But I’m sure that happens.
Also, as suggested above, we finally retired my wonderful 2005 Pontiac Vibe (a Toyota Matrix in almost all but name) at 258,000 miles or so. I’ll be driving a Nissan Rogue next… also used, sadly not a hybrid, but in most other ways quite a relief. They *say* it’s midnight jade, but we can clearly see it’s garter snake green.
