Coloring Goodness Reward for February 2019 // Tracking and the Art of Seeing

I love winter because I’m not a very good tracker. Snow makes it easier to get started. Admittedly, you have to have the right clothing for whatever your weather is.

About the drawing:
Sketched a couple of years ago, inspired by Mike Kessler of 10000 Walks. I wasn’t really thinking of turning it into a colorable image, though, and you can tell this in the linework. This one makes me think I still need to work larger to get in all the details that are in my head.  I find scribbly tree bark relaxing.  I hope to learn to work on smoother paper and make better lines.
