Did I post the original birds post-it notes? Maybe just on Instagram. (I keep meaning to be organized enough to always have posts here first but …I’m not. Apparently.) 

Anyway I’ve been making these little sketches on pretty small post-it notes in 4B pencil, then flipping them over and rubbing the backs to transfer them onto the rubberstamp material, and then carving them. Maybe I said that with the MerMay stamp post last week? 

The chickadee was one that worked on both a card and its envelope. Not a big card, just a gift card. I sent some to a friend I’ve lost touch with as a surprise birthday present and then put some of them in the Birds of Vermont Museum‘s gift shop as a packet of 5.

Then I had to buy more supplies since I was running out of stamp material…which I could do because of you!!!   I have a new ink pad to try too. Yay!
