For August 3rd, they suggested a Forest Dragon.\u00a0<\/p>\nSince I can’t quite focus with two eyes on paper yet*, I just let myself do my scribbly sketchy stuff. I think I need more food too; my hand is a little shakier than usual. But maybe that’s also related to eyes, I don’t know. \u00a0Or then again, maybe that’s why the dragon is munching trees.<\/p>\n

* I hope this can eventually be fixed with some kind of reading glasses. I DID get a distance temporary prescription yesterday which means I can drive properly again. I have learned (which I didn’t know and wouldn’t’ve changed anything) that replacement lenses can’t be reshaped by your eye muscles to change focus distance the way your own body lens can. Nor did it make sense to give me a lens that was as badly\/near-only focus as my own lens was. So I’ll need something to help get the two eyes to see together in the near zone, but we’re giving this a couple more months as the eye and brain need more time to adjust to each other.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
