I kind of skipped #inktober last year. I\u2019m gonna try it again this year. I might do a bunch of these little critters. I might not. I might use inktober prompts or #artober prompts or maybe not.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m definitely going to try painting with ink, which is not something I\u2019m particularly experienced at yet. (As you can see.)<\/p>\n

Today I learned that the mixed media paper I have dries #drphmartins inks much faster than it absorbs or dries water. Very strange puddly results. (Not shown!)<\/p>\n

I switched to #coldpress #watercolor paper \u2014 this is #stonehengepaper by #legionpaper , a tiny pad (2.5×3.75 inches), that I picked up at @sparrowartsupply (and will run out of soon. O woes, guess I have to go art supply shopping. 😉).<\/p>\n
